I just made it to give a little different taste. If you cooked chicken curry for lunch then you can also use those chicken to make evening snacks. It is easy to made and take a very little time.
Ingredients:
6 piece bread
1/2 cup minced boneless chicken.
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste.
2 medium size minced onion.
2 eggs
1/2 tsp chili powder.
2 tbsp butter.
1/2 cup tomato sauce.
Salt.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt.
Then heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil and saute the chicken till it cook perfectly.
Cut the bread piece in triangular size.
Take a bowl now break the eggs, add onion,tomato sauce,chili powder,1/2 tsp salt and cooked chicken to make a mixture.
Take a bowl grease it with butter.
Now make a layer of bread then smear the mixture perfectly.
Repeat this process to finish all the bread and the mixture.
Now bake it in microwave oven in medium high heat 10 minute.
Then high heat 10 minute.
When the onion minced will cooked perfectly your pudding will be ready.
