Mango trifle

I just try the recipe of mango custard and it was literally too yummy. Then I just thought to give a new look and make a new recipe of mango so I try to make trifle of mango and it was also very tasty and yummy.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup/500 g milk.
2. 4 ripe mangoes (2 mangoes cut in cube & 2 mangoes puree)
3. 2 egg.
4. 3 tbsp custard powder.
5. 4 digestive biscuits(Optional)
6. Sugar
7. Dry fruits for garnishing.
8. 1 tbsp cornflour.
9.  Vanilla essence.

Method:

I used this heavy cream instead of whipped cream
Take a pot and boil 1 cup of milk.
Add 2 eggs and stir it continuously.
Add 4 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp cornflour.
When it become thick pour it in a bowl and add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Blend it then chill it in the freeze.

Pour another 1 cup of milk and boil it with 2 tsp sugar.
Now mix the custard powder with water.
Add it in the boiled milk.
Stir it till it become very  thick.
You can add more sugar as per your taste.
When it become thick pour it in a bowl and mix 2 mangoes puree.
Now chill it in the freeze.
For serving take a glass make a layer with crushed biscuits, heavy cream, mango custard then add some mango cube.
Repeat this process to fill the glass garnish with some dry fruits.  .

Serve it chill.

Mango custard


Mango custard is very easy recipe but it is totally mouthwatering and delicious recipe. Now you can have plenty ripe mangoes so just try out this yummy and easy recipe.


Ingredients:
4 medium size mangoes.
3 tbsp custard powder.
2 cup milk
Sugar
Dry fruits for garnishing

Method:
First Take a pot and heat up 1 1/2 cup of milk.
Meanwhile mix the custard powder with half cup milk.
When the milk come into boil add the mixture and stir it.
Add 2 tbsp sugar.
It will get thick quickly.
When it become thick pour it in a bowl.
 Then mix 2 mangoes puree with it.
Chill it in the freeze.
Garnish it with mango cube and dry fruits.
Serve it and enjoy.

American Chop suey


First I thought that it is difficult to made Chop suey but when I tried it was really very easy but it was very tasty and mouthwatering. You can try it with vegetable, chicken, mushroom or shrimp.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cup Noodles
1 cup minced boneless chicken
1/2 cup minced potato
Tomato sauce
Green chilies
2 Medium size minced onions
2 eggs
Corn flour
Salt
Oil

Method:
First boiled the noodles with little salt then drain it to sieve.
Deep fry the Noodles till it become crispy.
Then heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil add minced onion, 7-8 piece slit green chilies,
1/2 tsp salt and saute it then add the minced chicken and minced potatos.
Cook it till the chicken change its colour.
Now mix 1/2 cup tomato sauce with 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp corn flour.
Pour the mixture in the pan.
Simmer it a little time.
Check the salt add salt as per your taste.
Now poached the eggs.
Take a plate add fried noodles then pour the chicken gravy then put the poached egg.
Serve it warm.

Enjoy the crunchy and juicy texture of it..

Spicy bread pudding


I just made it to give a little different taste. If you cooked chicken curry for lunch then you can also use those chicken to make evening snacks. It is easy to made and take a very little time.
Ingredients:
6 piece bread
1/2 cup minced boneless chicken.
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste.
2 medium size minced onion.
2 eggs
1/2 tsp chili powder.
2 tbsp butter.
1/2 cup tomato sauce.
Salt.

Method:
Marinate the chicken with 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt.
Then heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil and saute the chicken till it cook perfectly.
Cut the bread piece in triangular size.
Take a bowl now break the eggs, add onion,tomato sauce,chili powder,1/2 tsp salt and cooked chicken to make a mixture.
Take a bowl grease it with butter.
Now make a layer of bread then smear the mixture perfectly.
Repeat this process to finish all the bread and the mixture.

Now bake it in microwave oven in medium high heat 10 minute.
Then high heat 10 minute.
When the onion minced will cooked perfectly your pudding will be ready.

Fish manchurian


I just make this fish manchurian recipe with those ingredients which are available in home and it was very tasty and delicious. If someone don't like to eat fish he will also loved this recipe.
Recipe;

Ingredients:
1. 6 piece of Rohu fish cut in little piece
2. 1/2 cup minced potato
3. 1/2 cup minced onion
4. 1 cup tomato sauce
5. Flour
6. Salt
7. Green chilies 8
8. oil
9. 1 egg
10. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
11. 1/2 tsp garlic paste

Method:
First take a bowl and marinate the fish with 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg, ginger paste, garlic paste,  add  flour, add little water to make thick batter.
Keep it 10 minute.
Now deep fry the fish till it form golden color.
Now heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil then add minced onion and saute it add slit green chilies.
Add 1/2 tsp salt then add minced potato .
Cook it a little time.
Now make a mixture of tomato sauce, 2 tbsp flour, 1 cup water.
Add this in the pan.
Stir it till it become thick.
Check the salt.
Now pour the fried fish and simmer it in low heat 10-15 minute.

Serve it warm with Rice.fried rice, polau or pasta. Just enjoy the little crunchy and juicy flavour of fish manchurian

Noodles Lasanga


I just want to make noodles in a little different way and give a new taste. So I just follow the recipe of Lasanga and use these recipe to make the noodles and it was come out really very yummy.
I think it will love by  everyone.


Recipe:

Ingredients:
1. 2 packet maggi noodles or other noodles 2 cup
2. 1 cup boneless minced chicken
3. 1 cup grated cheese
4. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
5. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
6. 1/2 cup minced onion
7. Tomato sauce
8. 1/2 tsp chili powder
9. Salt
10. Oil
11. maggi masla

Method:
First boil the noodles with little salt then drain it in a sieve.
Now marinate the noodles with tomato sauce and maggi masla.
Then marinate the chicken with ginger paste,garlic paste, 3 tbsp tomato sauce and 1/4 tsp salt.
Now heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil then saute it with little salt then add chili powder.
Now add the chicken and cook it till the chicken cooked perfectly.


Now take a bowl and grease it with butter, take a portion of noodles and make  a layer then make a layer of chicken, then add grated cheese.
Repeat this process to finish all chicken,noodles & cheese.
Now bake it in the microwave oven in medium high heat 10 minute.
You can also bake this in oven.

Chocolate-banana Milkshake




Chocolate-banana Milkshake


This milkshake is very easy to made but it taste really awesome. It is a perfect recipe for this summer, I think children also like this milkshake for its chocolate flavour. It's only need 4 things to made this yummy milkshake.

Now I will tell you how to make this yummy milkshake.


Ingredients:
1.2 Banana
2.2 cup milk
3.chocolate syrup
4.sugar

Method:
Take 2 cup milk add 2 banana, 5-6 tbsp chocolate syrup and blend it.
Add sugar as per your taste then add ice cubes and serve it.
