Chicken pasta




My little bro like pasta a lot. So he tell me that he want to have pasta at dinner. I made this pasta for my family in a very easy way and it was just too much yummy. Everyone like this and they have it more and more. :)

Ingredients:
250 g pasta.
250 g minced chicken.
2 onions minced.
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
1/2 tsp garlic paste.
1/2 tsp cumin paste.
1 cup tomato sauce.
1 tbsp soy sauce.
10 slit green chilies.
3 tsp salt.
1 tbsp white flour.
1/2 cup grated cheese( Optional)
Soybean oil.

Method:
Boil 3 cup of water in a pot.
Then add 1 tsp salt  and pasta in it.

Cook it till the pasta become tender.
Then pour the pasta in a sieve and wash it through cold water.

Then heat up a pan with 3 tbsp oil.
Add onions and chilies saute it 2-3 minute.

Then add minced chicken and saute it.


Add ginger,garlic and cumin paste mix well.
Add salt also.

Cook it 10 minutes.

Then mix tomato and soya sauce with 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of flour.

Pour this mixture in the pan.
Simmer it.

Add the pasta and simmer 5 minute.

Then add grated cheese serve immediately.

Enjoy this yummy pasta.... :-)

Prawn toast

Prawn toast  I want to tell  just one thing about this, if you take one bite of this you will tell just wow, awesome, yummy etc. etc. :-)

It is too much yummy recipe, everyone like this recipe when I made this prawn toast.
It does not take a lot of time to make this yummy recipe.

So let's see how to make this recipe.

Ingredients:
1  cup prawn peeled, devine, washed.(250 g)
1 tsp ginger minced.
1 tsp garlic  minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion minced.
1 tbsp soya sauce(Optional)
1 tsp chilly powder.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp white flour.
1 tsp rice flour.
1 egg
8 piece Bread.
Soybean oil.

Method:
Take the prawn cut in small piece.

Then blend prawn and spices( ginger, garlic, cumin, onion, chilly powder, salt, egg and soya sauce) in a food processor.

Then pour it in a bowl add flour and mix it with a spatula.

Take bread cut it in halve or triangular shape.

Then take a cut bread pieces and press 1 tbsp of prawn mixture in one side of bread.

Then heat up a pan with 2 tbsp oil, keep the prawn pressing side of bread in the pan and fry two side of bread till it become golden brown.

Fry all the bread pieces like this.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Potato fritters


Potato fritters is a very easy and yummy recipe. It does not take a lot of time and you can have the simple things but in a different taste. You can add boiled vegetables in it and this way your children also consume vegetables and have healthy snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes.(250 g)
1 cup boiled noodles.(250 g)
1 egg.
2 tbsp white flour.
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 cup grated cheese(Optional)
1 medium size minced onion
6 minced green chilies.
 maggi masla 1 tbsp or garam masla
 Salt 1 tsp.
 Soybean oil

Method:
Take a bowl break 1 egg and whisk it.
Then add the all spices(onion, chilies, maggi masla/garam masla & salt).
Mix it.

Then add the boiled noodles, mashed potatoes, wheat flour, rice flour and cheese.
Mix it well.

Now heat a  pan with sufficient oil, then take a small portion and make a shape as you like then make deep fry till it become golden brown .
Fry all the mixture like this

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Chicken croquettes


Yesterday I made Fish croquettes and today I make Chicken croquettes, it was just awesome. You can make any experiment with Chicken and the taste just make you too much happy.

Let's see how to make this fish croquettes.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg boneless chicken.
4 tbsp white flour.
1 cup milk (200 ml)
2 onions chopped.
8 minced green chilies.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp chilly powder.
2 tsp salt.
Soybean oil.
1 egg.
2 tbsp flour.
bread crumb.


Method:
First take a pot and boil the chicken pieces 10-15 minutes with water.
Then cut the boiled chicken in small pieces or you can shredded it.

Now heat up a pan with 3 tbsp oil add onions and chilies saute it.

Add cumin, ginger, garlic paste  mix well.
Then add 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp chilly powder.

Then add 4 tbsp flour saute it 2-3 minute.

Then add milk in it and mix well.

Simmer it, then add boiled chicken in it.

Now cook it till all the ingredients come together or till it become sticky.

Now chill it.

Then break a egg in a bowl whisk it with a fork.

Then take a little portion of your mixture make a shape as you like.
Then roll it in flour, dip it in egg and finally roll it in bread crumb.

Prepare all the Chicken croquettes like this.

Now heat up a pan with 1/2 cup oil and make shallow fry all the Chicken croquettes till it change its color.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Fish croquettes




I just love to try new recipe and present the normal foods in a different way so I  made this fish croquettes today.

Let's see how to make this fish croquettes.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg raw fish(Rohu/silver cup/katol)
4 tbsp white flour.
1 cup milk (200 ml)
2 onions chopped.
8 minced green chilies.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp chilly powder.
2 tsp salt.
Soybean oil.
1 egg.
2 tbsp flour.
bread crumb.

Method:
First take a pot and boil the fish 10-15 minutes with water.

Then separate the bones from fish, keep it aside.

Now heat up a pan with 3 tbsp oil add onions and chilies saute it.

Add cumin, ginger, garlic paste  mix well.
Then add 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp chilly powder.

Then add 4 tbsp flour saute it 2-3 minute.

Then add milk in it and mix well.

Simmer it, then add boiled fish in it.

Now cook it till all the ingredients come together or till it become sticky.

Now chill it.

Then break a egg in a bowl whisk it with a fork.

Then take a little portion of your mixture make a shape as you like.
Then roll it in flour, dip it in egg and finally roll it in bread crumb.

Now heat up a pan with 1/2 cup oil and make shallow fry all the fish croquettes till it change its color.

Banana moist cake

Everytime when I try new recipe I just become little tensed if it does not come out well. But I love to make new things and it makes me too much happy.

So today I make a soft, moist banana cake. It was too much yummy when I take a bite of it.


Let's see how to make this recipe.



Ingredients:
2 cup white flour(250 g)
2 eggs.
1 cup butter milk/ normal milk.(125 ml)
1 cup mashed ripe banana.
80 g soft butter.
1 cup and 2 tsp sugar.
1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
1/2 tsp salt.

Extra ingredients:
Banana slice.
Chocolate syrup.

Method:
Take a bowl and whisk 2 eggs white with sugar till it peak foam.

Then  add mashed bananas whisk it.
Add 2 egg yolks and butter whisk it.
Add 1 cup milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence mix well.

Then sift 2 cup flour & baking powder add in the eggs mixture.
Prepare the batter well.

Then grease a bowl well with butter and flour then pour the batter in it.

If you want to make in  gas stoves pot then bake it 20 minutes in low heat.
I use this pot.



Then turn off heat and keep it like this for 10-15 minutes.
Then keep it in a plate garnish it with heavy cream, banana slice and chocolate syrup.( I use my heavy cream recipe)

If you want to  bake in microwave oven then just bake it 7-8  minutes in high power.

Serve hot or cold as you like.

It will taste better if you serve when it is cold.

Pizza


Pizza just made this today for first time and it was come out just too much yummy. So now I am going to tell you how I make this yummy recipe. You can give any stuffing in pizza I use chicken for stuffing.

Ingredients:

For dough:
4 cup White flour (500 g).
2 tbsp oil.
1 tbsp yeast.
1 tbsp baking powder.
1 1/2 cup liquid warm water.
1 1/2 tsp salt.
3 tsp sugar.

For filling:
1 cup grated cheese.
2 cup minced boneless chicken.( 250 g )
1 cup minced onions.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp chilly powder.
1 tsp salt.
4 tbsp Soybean oil.


Method:
Take a bowl add 3 tsp sugar, 1 1/2  salt, 1 tbsp yeast and 1/2 cup liquid warm water.
Mix it, cover it with a lid, keep it aside for 5 minute.

Then take a bowl add 4 cup flour, baking powder, 2 tbsp oil, then add the yeast mixture.

Then add warm water little by little and make a soft dough.
Add flour if you need.

Then cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Heat up a pan with 4 tbsp oil add minced onion  & 1 tsp salt saute it.

Saute it till it become brown.

Then add minced chicken saute it.

Now add all the spices(chilly powder, ginger,garlic & cumin paste)

Saute it 10-15 minutes.

Then add 1/2 cup water.
cook it till the water evaporate.

Turn off heat keep it in a bowl.
Divide it in 8 equal portion.

Then take the dough punch out.
Divide it in 8 equal portion.

Take 1 portion of dough roll out as little thick bread.

Then take a non-stick pan and bake the bread in low heat till it become little brown.
You can store this bread in freeze and can use later.

Then take a bread spread some tomato sauce, add 1 portion of cooked chicken then add grated cheese.

Then bake it in high power in microwave oven for 1 minute.

Serve hot.

Prawn Fry


Ingredients:

For marinating:
1/2 kg medium size prawn deshell, devein and washed.
1/2 tsp garlic paste.
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
1/2 tsp cumin paste 1/2 tsp chilly powder.
1/2 tsp garam masla powder.
1 tsp lemon juice.
1/2 tsp salt.

For batter:
3 tbsp white flour.
3 tbsp rice flour.
1 egg.
1 tsp baking powder.


Method:
Take a bowl and marinate the prawn with marinating ingredients.

It will be best if you keep marinate for 3-4 hour, or just keep it 15-20 minutes.

Then heat  a pan with 4 tbsp oil then saute the prawn for 15-20 minutes.

Then add egg in a bowl, add 3 tbsp white flour, 3 tbsp flour and baking powder, 2 tbsp water.
Combined all the ingredients together.

Then dip the prawn in the batter.

Now heat up a pan with sufficient oil.

Deep fry all the prawn in high heat till it become golden brown.

Serve hot.

Chicken tortilla




Ingredients:
For tortilla dough:
3 cup White flour (375 g).
2 tbsp oil.
1 tbsp yeast.
1 tbsp baking powder.
1  cup warm milk.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.

For filling:
1 cup minced boneless chicken.( 120 g )
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp chilly powder.
1 tsp salt.
4 tbsp Soybean oil.

Extra Ingredients:
Tomato sauce.
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced cucumber.
2 tbsp minced green chilies.
2 tsp sugar.
2 medium size onions minced.

Method:
Take a bowl add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp yeast and 1/2 cup liquid milk.
Mix it, cover it with a lid, keep it aside for 5 minute.

Then take a bowl add 3 cup flour, baking powder, 2 tbsp oil, then add the yeast mixture.

Then add warm milk little by little and make a soft dough.
Add flour if you need.

Then cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Now take a bowl and add chicken then add all the spices without oil and marinate the chicken.
keep marinate for 15-20 minutes

Now take the dough divide it in 8 equal portion then roll out the tortilla as thin round shape.
Then heat up a wok and bake this in medium heat.
Keep it aside.

Then heat up a pan with 4 tbsp oil and add the chicken in it.
Saute it till the chicken cooked perfectly.

Then pour it in a bowl add 1/2 cup minced cucumber, 2 tbsp minced onion, 1 tbsp minced green chilies, 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp sugar.
Combined all the ingredients together.
Divide it in 8 equal portion.

Now take a tortilla add 1 portion of chicken mixture fold it or just serve it  like this.

Simple vanilla cake



Everyone when first time  want to learn how to make a cake then they try how to make a vanilla cake.

If you want to make a cake then you should beat  the eggs perfectly to peek foam.  Cause perfect, sponge, soft cakes depends on how you beat the eggs.

If you use electric beater then you can easily beat the eggs but it will be a little bit hard if you use hand beater, cause it will take a lot of time and you have to work hard for this.

Now I will tell you how I made this perfect vanilla plain cake.

Ingredients:
3 Eggs.
1 cup white flour (120 g).
3 tsp milk powder.
1/2 cup Soybean oil(60 g).
1 cup (120 g) Sugar.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
1/2 tsp baking powder.

Method:
Take a deep bottom bowl and beat the eggs white  till it peek foam.
Then add the sugar little by little and beat it.

Then  add the egg yolks, 1/2 cup oil mix with a spatula.

Now sift baking powder, flour and milk powder in the bowl.
Cobined all the things together.

Then add 1 tsp vanilla essence mix well.



 I made this in a pot which are found in market as a stove cake/pudding maker.
I greased that pot then pour the cake batter  and bake this in low heat for 20-25 minutes.

For microwave oven just pour this in microwave proof bowl and bake this in high heat 7 minutes.

Garnish it with chocolate syrup or just serve it like this.

Cheesy beef bun




Just made this today I was little afraid cause I thought if it doesn't come out perfectly. But I just get delighted after making this. It just come out so much perfectly.
Anyone can make this cause I made it in gas stove

And I think everyone must try this. I fill this bun with cheese and potato beef mixture you can stuffing it with your favourite ingredients.

Let's  see how to make this bun.

Ingredients:

For dough:
4 cup White flour (500 g).
2 tbsp oil.
1 tbsp yeast.
1 tbsp baking powder.
1 1/2 cup liquid warm milk.
1 1/2 tsp salt.
1 1/2 tsp sugar.

For filling:
1/2 cup grated cheese.
1 cup minced boneless beef.( 120 g )
1 cup mashed potatoes (120 g).
2 medium size onions minced.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp chilly powder.
1 tsp salt.
4 tbsp Soybean oil.

Extra ingredients:
Soybean oil.

Method:
Take a bowl add 1 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2  salt, 1 tbsp yeast and 1/2 cup liquid milk.
Mix it, cover it with a lid, keep it aside for 5 minute.

Then take a bowl add 4 cup flour, baking powder, 2 tbsp oil, then add the yeast mixture.

Then add warm milk little by little and make a soft dough.
Add flour if you need.

Then cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Heat up a pan with 4 tbsp oil add minced onion  & 1 tsp salt saute it.

Saute it till it become brown.

Then add minced beef saute it.

Now add all the spices(chilly powder, ginger,garlic & cumin paste)

Saute it 10-15 minutes.

Then add 1/2 cup water.
cook it till the water evaporate.
Turn off heat keep it in a bowl.

Add the mashed potatoes in it combine together.
Divide it in 16 equal portion.

Then take the dough punch out.
Divide it in 16 equal portion.



Now just take 1 dough and press it with your hand to make flat shape then fill it with 1 portion of mixed beef, add little grated cheese.
Then close the edge and make round shape.

Prepare all the bun like this.

Heat up a pan with sufficient oil and make deep fry all the bun in high heat.

Serve hot.

Enjoy the soft, fluffy and yummy texture.. :)

Pin wheel shamocha




Ingredients:
For dough:
2 cup white flour ( 250 g).
1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp salt.
1 tbsp oil.
Water as needed.

For filling:
1/2 cup mashed potatoes.
1/2 cup boneless minced beef.
2 medium size onions minced.
8 minced green chilies.
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
1/2 tsp garlic paste.
1/2 tsp cumin paste.
1/2 tsp chilly powder.
1 tsp salt.
3 tbsp Soybean oil.

For batter:
1 tbsp white flour.
1 tbsp rice flour.
water as needed.

Extra ingredients:
Soybean oil.

Method:
Take a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, oil.
Then add water and make a soft dough.
keep it aside.

Then heat up a pan with 3 tbsp oil.
Add onions, green chilies saute it.

When the onions become little brown add the minced beef saute it.

Then add all the spices and mix with beef.

Cook it 5-10 minutes.

Then add 1/2 cup water.
Cook it till the water become dry.

Then pour it in bowl and mixed it with mashed potatoes.
Divide it in 3 equal portion.

Then take the dough divide in 3 equal portion.


Take one dough roll out.

Then add one portion of mixed potatoes.
Then roll it and cut it.

Make all the samocha like this.

Then make thin batter with batter ingredients.
Dip the samocha and make deep fry.

Serve hot.

Doughnut



Before make this Doughnut I thought that it only needs few ingredients so everyone will not like it. Then I thought let's just try this for one time. After making this I just take a bite and it was so soft, fluffy, yummy and I think anyone can make this cause it doesn't take a lot of to make this donut and you need only few ingredients.

Ingredients:
3 cup white flour + extra to make the dough.
1 warm cup milk.
1 cup sugar.
1 tbsp yeast.
1 tbsp baking powder.
2 tbsp soybean oil.

Extra ingredients:
Chocolate syrup.
Soybean oil.

Method:
Take a bowl add 1 tbsp yeast and 2 tsp sugar mix it with 1/2 cup milk.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Then take another bowl add flour, baking powder, 2 tbsp oil, sugar, yeast mixture.
combined all the ingredients together.

Now add the 1/2 cup milk little by little and make a soft dough.

Now cover it and let  rest the dough for 30 minutes.

Then take the dough roll out as 1-2 inch thick then cut it as donut size.

Heat up a pan with sufficient oil and make fry till it become golden brown.

Then just garnish it with chocolate syrup and serve immediately.

Cause I think it taste better when it is warm.

Chicken Parota Roll



Chicken Parota Roll just made this for today's Iftar. It feels really to make something special for my family, so I did this today :).

So let's see how to make this.

Ingredients:

For Parota dough:
3 cup White flour(375 g).
1 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.
2 tbsp oil.
Water as you need.

For filling:
1 cup boneless minced chicken.
1 tsp Garlic paste.
1 tsp Ginger paste.
1 tsp Cumin paste.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp chilly powder.
Chat masla 1 tsp.

Extra Ingredients:
Tomato sauce.
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced cucumber.
2 tbsp minced green chilies.
2 tsp sugar.
Soybean oil

Method:
Take a bowl and make soft parota dough with parota dough ingredients.
Cover it with a lid and keep it aside.

Now take a bowl and add chicken then add all the spices and marinate the chicken.
keep marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Now take the dough and divide it in 5 equal portion.
Roll out as round shape Parota.

Then take 1 Parota fry it in a wok with little oil.
Make all the Parota like this.
Keep it in a plate.

Then heat up a pan with 3 tbsp oil and add the chicken in it.
Saute it till the chicken cooked perfectly.

Then pour it in a bowl add 1/2 cup minced cucumber, 2 tbsp minced onion, 1 tbsp minced green chilies, 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp sugar.
Combined all the ingredients together.
Divide it in 5 equal portion.

Then take another bowl add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp mayonnaise mix it.

Then take 1 parota add little tomato mayonnaise mixture.
Then add 1 portion of chicken mixture.
Fold it.

Make all the Parota roll like this.

Serve hot and enjoy :)

Chicken fry I think it is rare to find anyone who doesn't love chicken fry. It does not take a lot of time to cook and you can have it as snack, Iftar time or as dinner.

Ingredients:

For marinating:
1/2 kg chicken cut in pieces.
1/2 tsp garlic paste.
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
1/2 tsp cumin paste 1/2 tsp chilly powder.
1/2 tsp garam masla powder.
1 tsp lemon juice.
1/2 tsp salt.

For batter:
3 tbsp white flour.
2 tbsp rice flour.
1 egg.
1 tsp baking powder.

Method:
Take a bowl and marinate the chicken with marinating ingredients.

It will be best if you keep marinate for 3-4 hour, or just keep it 15-20 minutes.

Then add egg in the bowl, add 3 tbsp white flour, 2 tbsp flour and baking powder.

Combined all the ingredients together.

Now heat up a pan with sufficient oil.

Now put half  of the chicken.
Cover it with a lid and keep it in low heat 15 minutes.

Then put off the lid.

Then fry it in high heat 10 minutes.

Now take out all the fried chicken and keep it in a plate.

Fry all the chicken like this.

Serve hot with salad or as you like..

Mango Ice cream



Mango Ice cream just yum yum and yum :-) I just love this. Try this I think you will be lover of this Ice cream.
I just use those ingredients that are avilable in your home. So don't wait just try this recipe and serve as a dessert and make everyone happy. :-)

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
Recipe:
just take 1 cup of milk and boil it.
when it come into boil turn off heat.

Take a bowl break 1 egg add 1 tsp white flour and 4 tsp sugar.
Mix well.

Now  drizzle  the milk in it and mix all the milk.

Then pour in a saucepan boil it in low heat.
and stir continuously.

When it become thick turn off heat.

Add 1 tbsp butter and few drops of  vanilla essence.
Mix well.

Another ingredients:
1 cup of milk(120 g)
2 medium size mangoes.
Sugar.

Method:

Peel the mangoes cut in cubes and blend them.

Then add 1 cup milk, 1 cup heavy cream and 2 tsp sugar blend them together.

Now just pour it in a bowl and keep it in a freezer.

When it become frozen take it out from the freezer and again blend it.

Then again keep it in the freezer till it become frozen.

Your Ice cream is ready now.

Serve and enjoy... :-)

Choco ball



You can made this Choco ball very easily and the ingredients are available at your home.

Ingredients:
8 chocolate cookies.
1 cup heavy cream.(125 g)( you can have this cream recipe in my blog also)
1 cup liquid milk.( 125 g )
4 tbsp Chocolate syrup.
1/2 cup sugar.
4 cup crushed puffed rice.

Method:
Blend all the ingredients and combined well.

Now make round shape.

Chill it in the freeze.

Garnish it with chocolate syrup.

Serve and enjoy.... :-)

Kofta



We just like to have different taste when we have our food. You can try different items with mutton/beef and everything will come out so much delicious that everyone will like your recipe. Now I am going to tell you how to make this kofta. You can also make gravy with it and serve with rice or you can have it  as a snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup minced beef or mutton.
1/2 cup gram flour(Bason).
1/2 cup white flour.
1/2 cup Rice flour.
1 egg.
1 cup minced onion.
1 tsp chilly powder.
8 minced green chilies.
11/2 tsp ginger paste.
11/2 tsp garlic paste.
11/2 tsp cumin paste/powder.
2 cardamom.
2 tsp salt.
1/2 cup soybean oil.

Method:
Heat up a pan with 1/2 cup oil add 1/2 cup minced onion saute it, add 1 tsp salt.

When the onions become transculent add minced beef.

Saute it 5 minute.

Now add 1 tsp ginger,garlic ,cumin paste and chilly powder, 2 cardamom.
Mix all the ingredients well.

Cook it 20 minute.

Now take it in a bowl and keep it aside till the temperature decreased.

Then break egg add in the bowl.
Then add 1/2 cup minced onions, green chilies, 1/2 tsp ginger, garlic and cumin paste.

Add 1 tsp salt and combined well.

Now make round shape.

Heat up a pan with sufficient oil and make shallow fry all the kofta till it become golden brown.

Serve hot.

Mango mousse




This recipe will be ready in just 5 minute and extra time will need just to make it chill

Ingredients:

2 cup heavy cream ( prepare it before and use it when you need or you can buy it)
Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 eggs.
2 cup milk (250 g)
2 tsp white flour.
4 tsp sugar.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
2 tbsp butter.

Method:
Take a pot and boil the milk with 2
tsp sugar in medium heat.
When it come into boil turn off
heat.
Take a bowl whisk eggs, add flour
and 2 tsp sugar mix together.
Now add milk in the bowl little by
little and mix continuously, so that
eggs don't cook by heat.
Mix all the milk.
Then pour it in a saucepan and
again turn on heat.
Stir it in low heat.
Don't stop stirring.
It become thick after few minutes.
When it come into boil turn off
heat.
Then add butter and vanilla
essence.
Mix well.
When it come into room
temperature.
Keep it in the freeze.

2 cup mango puree
Sugar.

Method:
Take 2 cup cream and mango puree blend it.

Add suar as per your taste.

Chill it in the freeze.

Pour it in a glass serve.

Kima chop



Just made this for our Iftar. It was come out so much delicious that everyone like it. It is very easy to make and perfect item for Iftar or as a evening snacks.

Ingredients:
2 cup mashed potatoes(250 g).
1 tsp salt.
2 small size minced onions.
5 minced green chilies
1 tsp Garam masla powder.

For filling:
1 cup minced beef.
1/2 cup minced onions.
8 green chilies.
1/2 tsp chilly powder.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp salt.
1/2 cup grated cheese.


For batter:
1/2 cup gram flour(Bason)
1 cup white flour.
2 tbsp rice
1/2 tsp ginger,garlic & cumin paste.
1/2 tsp turmeric & chilly powder
1 tsp salt.

Extra ingredients:
Soybean oil.

Method:
Heat up a pan with 3 tbsp oil add minced onion,chilies & 1 tsp salt saute it.

Saute it till it become brown.

Then add minced beef saute it.

Now add all the spices(chilly powder, ginger,garlic & cumin paste)

Saute it 10-15 minutes.

Then add 1/2 cup water.
cook it till the water evaporate.
Turn off heat keep it in a bowl.

Heat up a pan with 2 tbsp oil fry the minced onion and chilies till it become transculent.

Now take mashed potatoes in a bowl add fried onion,chilies, 1 tsp salt, Garam masla powder 1 tsp.
Mix well.

Now make batter with batter ingredients.
Add water as needed to make thick batter.

Then take a portion of mashed potatoes, make round shape then make a whole fill it with your beef filling.
Close it.
Prepare all the chop like this.

Then heat up a pan with sufficient oil and make deep fry till it become golden brown.

Serve hot... Enjoy...:-)

Pastry cream



I think whipped cream is not available for everyone and you can not make it easily. You can use this cream to make Ice cream,Mousse,cake filling, trifle etc.
This cream color is little different but you can whipped cream to make white color or you can just use like this.

Ingredients:
2 eggs.
2 cup milk (250 g)
2 tsp white flour.
4 tsp sugar.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
2 tbsp butter.

Method:
Take a pot and boil the milk with 2 tsp sugar in medium heat.
When it come into boil turn off heat.



Take a bowl whisk eggs, add  flour  and 2 tsp sugar mix together.

Now add milk in the bowl little by little and mix continuously, so that eggs don't cook by heat.

Mix all the milk.

Then pour it in a saucepan and again turn on heat.
Stir it in low heat.

I think children will love this recipe, it is really very easy to made. You need only few ingredients to make this recipe.

1 cup sugar.
1/2 cup cocoa powder.

Now add all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
Add flour if you need.

Then make Round flat shape cookies.

Bake it in microwave oven 3-4 minute.


Vanilla or Chocolate Ice cream.
Chocolate syrup.

Method:
Just take 2 cookies add scoop of ice cream.
Add few tsp chocolate syrup.
Then press with another cookies.

Don't wait serve immediately..

Or you can just keep it in the freezer for have it later.

Mango Falooda


I think it is perfect time to try this Mango Falooda cause now you have plenty of mangoes and it is also a perfect item for Iftar. It is full of milk, mango and other healthy ingredients. So it is healthy but too much yummy recipe.

Ingredients:
3 cup milk.
1/2 cup Noodles.
4 tsp sugar.
2 tbsp Falooda seed.
1 tbsp white flour.
Few drops of vanilla essence.
2 cup mango puree.
2 medium size mangoes chopped.
Few tsp Rooh Afza.
Vanilla or Mango Ice cream.


Method:
Take a pot heat up with 3 cup milk.
When it come into boil, add Noodles, sugar and falooda seeds.

Stir it till the noodles cooked.

Then mix 1 tbsp flour with few tbsp water.
Pour it in the milk.

Stir it, then simmer it a little.

Then pour it in a bowl add few drops of vanilla essence.
Chill it in the freeze.

Then take your serving glass add 1 tsp Rooh Afza.
Then add few tbsp mango puree, few tbsp Cooked milk, chopped mango. finally add a scoop of mango or Vanilla ice cream.

Prepare all the glass like this

Garnish it with chopped mangoes.

Serve and enjoy.. :)






Chocolate Cookies




Now rainy season is going on it is perfect time to sit beside your window and enjoy the natural view.
If you have your favorite writer books on your hand and some snacks like chocolate cookies and 1 cup of coffee then nothing is greater than spend your time just like this. :)

So let's see how to make this chocolate cookies for having it in your favorite time.

Ingredients:
1 egg.
2 cup white flour(250 g).
1/2 cup Soybean oil.
1/2 cup cocoa powder.
1 cup sugar.
2 tbsp Milk powder.
1 tsp baking powder.

Method:
Take a bowl now break egg and whisk it with 1/2 cup sugar.

Then add oil. cocoa powder, milk powder, flour and baking powder combined it.

Then add more flour if you need to make a soft dough.

Now shape this as you like.

I shape it round flat size then bake it in microwave oven 4-5 minute.

It takes little more time if your Current voltage in your area is low.

Halim



For me you can have this halim at any occasion. You can have it as evening snack, in rainy season or you can made this for Iftar also. It is just too much delicious that you will not satisfy by having only one bowl.

Let's see how to made this and what type of ingredients you will need.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Lentil.
1/4 cup Mung bean.
1/4 cup Chickpea.
1/4 cup pigeon pea.
2 tbsp rice.
1 medium size potatoes( chopped and peeled)
1 kg shraded mutton.

Spices:
1/2 cup onion minced.
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp Garlic paste.
2 tsp Cumin paste.
8 Green chilies.
1 tsp Chilly powder.
2 tsp salt.
Soybean oil

Extra ingredients:
1 cup minced onion.
Lemon.
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder.

Method:
Take all pulses, rice, potatoes in a bowl and wash it.

Then pour it in a pressure cooker add 2 cup water, 1 tsp salt and little oil.
Close the pressure cooker.
Turn on heat then keep it till it take 3 whistle.

Now Turn off heat and pour the pulses in a bowl.

Now Heat up a pan with 1/2 cup oil.
Add minced onion, saute it till it become brown.

Then add all the spices and saute it.
Cook it till it separate oil.

Then add mutton, mix it with spices.
Cook it 15-20 minutes.

Then add 1 cup water, cook 5 minute.

Then add pulse mixture.
Stir it.

Then add 4 cup water and simmer it.

When it become little thick add 1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
Stir it.

Then turn off heat.

Now Fry minced onions till it become golden brown.

Garnish it with this fried onion and Lemon.

Serve hot and enjoy... :)

Just named this recipe quick chocolate cake cause it will be ready in only five minute.So if you are very hungry and want to have some delicious food then this recipe is perfect.

So let's see how to made this yummy quick chocolate recipe.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
5 tsp flour
2 tsp cocoa powder.
2 tsp powder milk.
1/2 cup sugar.
1 tsp baking powder.
1/2 cup oil.

Method:
Take a bowl break 2 eggs add in it.
Now whisk it till it form foam.
Then add sugar little by little and whisk it continuously.
Then add oil mix it.
Add cocoa powder, baking powder, flour using sieve.
Mix it well.


Now grease a microwave proof bowl.

Then pour the cake mixture in it.

Bake it only five minute in high heat.

Now  wait 5 minute then come out from oven.

Beef stuffed Moglai porota


Moglai porota

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cup(250 g) white flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.
1  cup water

For filling
1 cup boneless minced beef.
1/2 cup minced onion
8 minced green chilies
1/2 tsp Chilly powder.
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Garam masla powder 1 tbsp.(Cumin and Cardamom)
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Soybean oil
Salt.

Method:
Take a bowl and add all your dough ingredients without water.
Now add water little by little to make soft dough.
Add more white flour if you need.
Now cover it with a lid and keep aside.

Now heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil add onion and green chilies saute it, add 1 tsp salt.
Add minced beef and garam masla powder saute it.
Add ginger and garlic paste, chilly powder.
Cook it perfectly.
Add tomato sauce.
Check salt, add salt as per your taste.
Turn off heat and keep it aside.
Divide it in 8 equal portion.
Now take the dough and divide  it 8 equal portion.

Now roll very thin in forth angle size to make moglai wrapper.

Now smear some egg mixture in it.

Then take 1 portion of cooked beef keep central of the moglai wrapper

Now fold right side then left then two edge of the wrapper fold it carefully.

Repeat this process to make all the moglai porota.

Now heat up a pan with sufficient oil and make shallow fry tiil it become brown.

Serve hot.

Mango Pannacotta

Now we have plenty of mangoes, so just try this mango pannacotta recipe.  It needs only four ingredients to make this yummy Panna cotta.

Ingredients:
1 cup Mango pulp.
1 cup heavy cream.
2 tsp sugar.
3 tsp Unflavour Gelatin.
Dry fruits for garnishing.

Method:
Take a bowl soak the gelatin 5 minute.
Now take it in a pot and heat up.
Now stir it in low heat till the
gelatin melt.

Now take a bowl pour mango pulp, cream, sugar and Gelatin.
Mix well.

Now just pour it in a bowl and keep it in the freeze for 4 hour.

It will be best if you keep it in the freeze overnight.

Garnish it with dry fruits and serve.

Beef stuffed Bread roll


Now Ramadan month is going on and our Iftar don't complete if we don't have any fried foods.
But fried foods is not good for health. So you can do this bread roll for your Iftar. It will be a little different and special items for Iftar.

Ingredients:

For Bread you will need,

2 cup(250 g) white flour.
1 tsp yeast.
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.
1  cup warm water

For filling:
1 cup boneless minced beef.
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
1/2 cup minced onion
8 minced green chilies
1/2 tsp Chilly powder.
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Garam masla powder 1 tbsp.(Cumin and Cardamom)
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Soybean oil
Salt.

Extra ingredients
1 egg

1/2 cup grated cheese(Optional)

Method:
Take a bowl and add all your dough ingredients without water.
Now add water little by little to make soft dough.
Add more white flour if you need.
Now cover it with a lid and keep aside.

Now heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil add onion and green chilies saute it, add 1 tsp salt.
Add minced beef and garam masla powder saute it.
Add ginger and garlic paste, chilly powder.
Cook it perfectly.
Add tomato sauce.
Now add the mashed potatos mix well.
Check salt, add salt as per your taste.
Turn off heat and keep it aside.
Divide it in 8 equal portion.

Now take the dough and divide  it 8 equal portion.
Then roll out all the dough as thin as you can.
Make very thin bread.

Take a bowl break 1 egg whisk it with 2 tbsp oil/butter.

Now take a bread smear some egg mixture.
 Add 1 portion filling then add grated cheese(Optional).
Then roll it.
Then again smear some egg.
Then grease a non-stick pan, and follow the pictorial to do this Bread roll.

Then cover it with a lid.
Keep it in low heat for 20 minute.
Invert it add some oil then again keep it 20 minute.
Turn off heat and keep it like this for 15 minute.

Serve hot and enjoy... :)

Egg salad and chicken sandwich


Sandwich are easy to made but it taste really awesome. I just want to make evening snacks then I thought what could I made? so that everyone like it and just say yum when they have it. So I made this sandwich.


For this recipe I make two filling.

1. Egg salad
2. Chicken

Ingredients For Egg salad
1 egg
1/2 cup minced cucumber.
2 tbsp mayonnaise.
2 tsp tomato sauce.
2 tbsp chat masla/(roasted chilly,cumin powder).
1 tsp sugar.
Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:
Mix all the ingredients perfectly.

For Chicken filling.
Ingredients:
Chicken  shredded 1/2 cup
1 small size minced onion
2 green chilies minced.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp

Method:
Heat up a pan with 2 tbsp oil add minced onion and chilies.
Now add chicken and saute it add salt.
Cook it till the chicken become tender.
Pour it in a bowl add tomato sauce in it.

How to make Sandwich:
Now take 6 slice bread.
Bake it little in a pan.
Now take 1 piece bread add 1/2 mixture of egg salad.
keep another bread now put 1/2 cooked chicken.
Put another bread.
Cut it in triangular shape.
Repeat this process to make another Sandwich.

Bread Doi Bora


This recipe does not take a lot of time and you can make this for evening snacks and I think it is a perfect item for Iftar also.

For Doi bora we have to make two Items, Bora and doi gravy

Ingredients for Bora:

5 slice of bread
1/2 cup flattened rice.
2 tbsp rice flour.
2 medium size onion minced.
6 minced green chilies.
1/2 tsp cumin powder.
Soybean oil for deep fry.
Salt.

For Doi(yogurt) Gravy:
2 cup sour yogurt
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp chat masla/(chilly, cumin powder)
3 tsp salt
1/2 cup tamarind pulp.

Method:
For bora,
Now take a bowl and soak the bread and flattened rice with water.
When it become soft.
Squeeze it to remove all the extra water.
Now add all the spices,
Then add flour, mix it well.
Now make round shape,
Heat up a pan with 2 cup oil and make deep fry till it become golden brown.
Keep it in a plate.

Now take a bowl and mix all the ingredients  of  yogurt gravy.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Mix it well.
Now pour it over the Bora sprinkle some chat masla.

Serve and enjoy.

Ankon's oreo wafer dessert shooters

I just made some heavy cream and chocolate syrup then I thought to make a new dessert. Then I saw that I have some wafer and oreo biscuits at my home. Then I just get the idea to make oreo wafer  dessert shooters. I think children, teenage or adults everyone like this recipe. You can make it for any occasion  also. You can make the heavy cream and chocolate syrup any time and store it in freezer and so that you can use it any time  when you need.

Now first I will give you the recipe of heavy cream
For this you will need,
2 cup milk(250 ml)
2 eggs
2 tbsp white flour.
2 tbsp butter
Few drops of vanilla essence.
2 tsp sugar.

Method:
Take a pot heat up with 2 cup milk.
When it come into boil break the eggs add in it.
Mix it well.
Mix 2 tbsp flour with 5 tbsp of water then pour it in the milk.
Stir it, to make it thick.
Now take off from heat add vanilla essence, butter, sugar and blend it.
Now keep it in the freeze, if you want use it few days later then keep it in the freezer.

For chocolate syrup you will need,
1 cup milk
1 tsp custard powder
1 tsp cocoa powder.
Grated dark chocolate 3 tbsp.
1 tsp sugar.

Method:
Take a pot heat up with 1 cup milk.
Mix the custard and cocoa powder with few spoon of water.
Now add it in the milk pot.
Stir it.
Add grated chocolate and sugar.
Stir it so that all things mix perfectly.
Now turn off heat.
And keep it in the freeze.


For oreo wafer dessert shooters you will need.
1 cup heavy milk.
1/2 cup chocolate syrup.
4 crushed oreo biscuits
4 medium size crushed wafer
5 small glass.

Method:
Take a bowl mix the oreo crushed with heavy cream.
Now pour it in the glass.
Now crushed the wafer add over it.
Then add chocolate syrup.

Serve it chill.
Enjoy this... :)

Chocolate kunafa


I think especially chocolate lover will love this reciepe. I just made it to give a different taste in Kunafa.

Ingredients:
200 g Lachcha semai.
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 cup milk.
2 tsp custard powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
8 tsp sugar.
2 tbsp ghee.

Method:
For filling:
Take a pot heat up with 2 cup milk.
Now mix  the cocoa powder and custard powder with water.
When the milk come into boil add the mixture in it.
Add 8 tsp sugar.
Stir it continuously and make this very thick.
When it become thick turn off the heat.

Take a non-stick pan and add 2 tbsp ghee then make a layer with 100 g lachcha semai.
Now pour the half  filling again, add grated cheese over it.
Again make a layer with half of the lachcha semai now again pour the filling, again add grated cheese.
Now turn on heat and cover it with lid.

Then keep it in low heat 20-25 minute.
Turn off heat and keep it like this 10-15 minute.
Garnish it with dry fruits.
Cut it in pieces and serve..
Enjoy the chocolate flavour.

Baklava puff pastry


I think it is very hard to do puff pastry dough at home. It is very time consuming so everyone don't like to do at all. So now I am going to tell you about a puff patry recipe which is not very time consuming and you can just have the taste of puff pastry.
Let's how to do this puff pastry.

Ingredients:
For puff pastry dough
3 cup(375 g) white flour.
1 tsp yeast.
2 tsp oil
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.
1 1/2 cup warm water

For filling:
1 cup boneless minced chicken.
1 cup boiled mashed potato
1/2 cup minced onion
8 minced green chilies
Garam masla powder 1 tbsp.
Soybean oil
Salt.

Extra ingredients
1 egg

Method:
Take a bowl and add all your dough ingredients without water.
Now add water little by little to make soft dough.
Add more white flour if you need.
Now cover it with a lid and keep aside.

Now heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil add onion and green chilies saute it, add 1 tsp salt.
Add minced chicken and garam masla powder stir it.
Cook it perfectly.
Now add the mashed potatos mix well.
Check salt, add salt as per your taste.
Turn off heat and keep it aside.
Divide it in 6 equal portion.

Now take the dough and divide  it 12 equal portion.
Then roll out all the dough as thin as you can.
Make thin bread.

Take a bowl break 1 egg whisk it with 2 tbsp oil.

Now take a Non-stick pan grease it with oil.
Then follow below process:

 1. Take 6 bread keep 1 in the pan smear some egg mixture keep another bread again smear egg mixture put one portion of mixed cooked chicken.

2. Then again keep 1 bread smear egg keep another equal portion of cooked chicken.

3. Repeat 2 no step

4. Now put 1 bread smear some egg put another bread.

Then turn on the heat cover it with a lid and keep it in low heat 30 minutes.
Invert it add 2 tbsp oil and keep it again 20 minute.
Turn off heat.
keep it like this 10-15 minute.

Follow this step to make another puff pastry.

Cut  it in pieces and serve hot.

Creamy Cheesy Pasta

Creamy Cheesy pasta I just made it with chicken but you can add vegetable, mushroom, beef also. In our home everyone like this recipe. So try it in your home and tell me how is it?
For making this pasta you have to follow this instruction.

Ingredients:
100 g pasta.
1 cup minced boneless chicken.
1/2 cup minced onion
6 slit green chilies.
 2 tbsp butter/soybean oil
1 tbsp garam masla powder
Salt

For White sauce:
2 tbsp butter.
2 tbsp white flour.
1/2 cup grated cheese.
1 cup milk
1 onion
3 cloves.
1 Bay leaf.
Salt

Method:
First we will make white sauce
For this take a pan and heat up with 2 tbsp butter.
Then add 2 tbsp flour saute it.
Don't make it brown just saute it to remove the raw taste of flour.
Then turn off the heat Now add 1 cup milk little by little and mix it.
Then turn on the heat and add whole peel onion,bay leaf, cloves.
Add grated cheese and 1/2 tsp salt.
Cook it till it become thick and come into boil.
Take off the spices(Bay leaf, cloves, onion from it)
Now keep it aside.

For pasta
Take a pot add literally 2 cup water add 1/2 tsp  salt.
When it come into boil add the pasta and cooked it till it become tender.
Now drain it in a sieve.

Now heat up a pan with 2 tbsp butter you can use soybean oil also.
Then add onion, green chilies, 1/2 tsp salt and saute it.
Add the minced chicken and saute it.
Cover it with a lid.
Then add 1 tbsp Garam masla.
Saute it when your chicken cooked well add the pasta in it.
Mix it well.
Then add the white sauce in it.
Check salt and spicy add more spicy or salt as per your taste.
keep it in low heat for 5-10 minute.

Your Creamy Cheesy pasta is ready now serve it hot.

Potato Gulab Jamun


I think everyone known about Gulab Jamun recipe and they also know how to make it. Today I am going to tell you how to make Potato Gulab Jamun.

Ingredients:
2 cup (250 g) boiled mashed potato.
1 cup  ( 125 g) white flour.
1 cup (125 g) semolina
1 cup (125 g) milk powder or cheese
1 cup (125 g) liquid milk.
1 cup cashew and raisin
1 egg
Sugar
Salt
Soybean oil

Method:
First heat up a pot with 1 cup milk when it come into boil turn off heat.
Then add semolina,flour, 1 tsp sugar and 1 pinch salt.
Mixed it with spatula then cover it and keep it aside for 10 minute.
Now crushed the cashew and raisin in a blender.
Take a bowl and mashed the boiled potatoes perfectly then add milk powder or cheese, crushed cashew nuts and mix it well.
Then break the egg and add it in the flour, semolina mixture.
Mix it perfectly.
Then mix it with potato mixture.
If your mixture become sticky then add oil in your hand and then make round shape
and deep fry till it become golden  brown.

For syrup
Take a pot heat up 500 g water with 500 g sugar
Then add 4 cardamom and 2 medium size cinnamon stick.
When the sugar dissolved in water turn off the heat.
Add few drops of lemon.
Then soak the potato gulab jamun in it for 10 minute.

Serve it and enjoy.

Semolina cake

 Just think that you are eating a cake that is soak in syrup, when you take a bite of it you can feel the soft, moist, juicy texture of it and it is just melt in mouth and so much mouthwatering. I just talking about semolina cake.
Let's see how  to made this soft moist cake.

Ingredients:
For cake
1 cup semolina(125 g)
1 cup white flour(125 g).
1 cup grated coconut(125 g).
1 cup sour yogurt.
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
1/2 cup soybean oil
4 tbsp sugar
Dry fruit for garnishing

For syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 cardamom

Method:
Take a bowl and whisk 2 eggs add  oil, yogurt and sugar.
Mix it well.
Now add flour, semolina, baking powder and coconut.
Mix it perfectly.
Now grease a bowl and pour this mixture in it.
Then bake it in microwave oven for 10 minute in high heat.
You can bake it in oven also.

For syrup take a pot heat up with 1 cup water add sugar and cardamom.
Just stir it till the sugar dissolved in it.
Add few drops lemon in it.
Your syrup is ready now.
Now cut the semolina cake in pieces and pour this syrup over the cake.
Just keep it 10 minute like this and serve chill or hot as you like.
Garnish it with dry fruits.

Noodles fritters


I just thought to made the Noodles in a little bit different way then the idea of making Noodles fritters just came in my mind. You can add vegetables, chicken with it to make it more healthy for your children. It doesn't take a lot of time you can serve it as breakfast or evening snack.


Doesn't it look yummy also? So let's see how you can made this recipe.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup boiled noodles.
2. 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes.
3. 2 eggs.
4. 4 tbsp white flour.
5. 1 medium size minced onion
6. 6 minced green chilies.
7. maggi masla 2 tbsp or garam masla
8. Salt 1 tsp.
9. Soybean oil

Method:
Take a bowl break 2 eggs and whisk it.
Then add the all spices(onion, chilies, maggi masla/garam masla & salt).
Mix it.
Then add the boiled noodles, mashed potatoes & wheat flour.
Mix it well.
Now heat a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp oil then pour half of the mixture.
Give a round  shape with the help of spatula.
Now fry one side till it become golden brown.
Then invert it with help of a plate.
Add again 2 tbsp oil and fry another side.
You can fry it by make a little round shape also.
Fry all the mixture.

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Morog polau/ Chicken biryani


I think everyone like to eat chicken biryani I also like this a lot. Now anyone can make this biryani at home. I just want to share with you my recipe. So now I will tell You how I make this chicken biryani.

Ingredients:
1. 5 cup(1 kg & 250 g)of Polau rice.
2. 2 kg chicken cut in pieces.
3. 2 1/2  tbsp ginger paste.
4. 2 1/2  tbsp garlic paste.
5. 2 1/2  tbsp cumin paste.
6. 2 cup minced onion.
7. 1 cup curd
8. Salt
9. Oil
10. 4 cardamom
11. 4 medium size cinnamon stick

Method:
Take a bowl and marinate the chicken pieces with 2 tbsp ginger, garlic & cumin paste.
Add 1 tsp salt and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile fry 1 cup minced onion till it become golden brown and keep aside.
Then heat a pan with 1/2 cup oil then add 1 cup minced onion & 20 slit green chilies( I like spicy) .
Add 2 cardamom and 2 cinnamon stick
Cook it till it become brown.
Then add the marinate chicken and stir it then cover it with a lid and simmer it.
Then add 1 cup of water check salt and simmer a little bit.
When the chicken cooked perfectly separate it from the spices and keep it in a bowl.
Now wash the rice and drain it.
Heat a pan with 5 tbsp oil now add 1/2 tsp ginger, garlic and cumin paste.
Add 2 cardamom and 2 cinnamon stick.
Then add the rice and stir it till it become brown.
Add the separate chicken spices and stir it.
Boil 10 cup water.
Add it in the rice.
Add 2 tsp salt.
Cook it in high heat.
Then cook in low heat cover it with a lid.
When the rice cooked perfectly make a hole between rice then add the chicken pieces and fried onion.
Mix it perfectly.
Then simmer it in low heat.

Serve it hot and enjoy.

Bread pizza

When I made it and take a picture it was really look too yum. My little bro always help me to take the picture of my recipes. You can do it with vegetarian or non-vegetarian way.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1. 4 slice bread
2. 1 egg
3. Yard long bean 1/2 cup minced
4. Tomato sauce
5. Cheese(I don't use it when I made this pizza)
6. Salt
7. Oil
8. 1 medium size onion minced
9. 5-6 slit green chilies

Method:
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil.
Add minced onion and green chilies saute it.
Add 1/2 tsp salt then add the minced yard long bean.
Cook it till it become tender.
Break the egg add it in the pan and mixed it perfectly.
Now add 5-6 tsp of tomato sauce.

Now take a bread slice smear some tomato sauce add a little portion of the vegetable mix.
Then bake 2-3 minutes.
If you use grated cheese then bake it till the cheese melt.

Serve it warm.

Mango trifle

I just try the recipe of mango custard and it was literally too yummy. Then I just thought to give a new look and make a new recipe of mango so I try to make trifle of mango and it was also very tasty and yummy.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup/500 g milk.
2. 4 ripe mangoes (2 mangoes cut in cube & 2 mangoes puree)
3. 2 egg.
4. 3 tbsp custard powder.
5. 4 digestive biscuits(Optional)
6. Sugar
7. Dry fruits for garnishing.
8. 1 tbsp cornflour.
9.  Vanilla essence.

Method:

I used this heavy cream instead of whipped cream
Take a pot and boil 1 cup of milk.
Add 2 eggs and stir it continuously.
Add 4 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp cornflour.
When it become thick pour it in a bowl and add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Blend it then chill it in the freeze.

Pour another 1 cup of milk and boil it with 2 tsp sugar.
Now mix the custard powder with water.
Add it in the boiled milk.
Stir it till it become very  thick.
You can add more sugar as per your taste.
When it become thick pour it in a bowl and mix 2 mangoes puree.
Now chill it in the freeze.
For serving take a glass make a layer with crushed biscuits, heavy cream, mango custard then add some mango cube.
Repeat this process to fill the glass garnish with some dry fruits.  .

Serve it chill.

Mango custard


Mango custard is very easy recipe but it is totally mouthwatering and delicious recipe. Now you can have plenty ripe mangoes so just try out this yummy and easy recipe.


Ingredients:
4 medium size mangoes.
3 tbsp custard powder.
2 cup milk
Sugar
Dry fruits for garnishing

Method:
First Take a pot and heat up 1 1/2 cup of milk.
Meanwhile mix the custard powder with half cup milk.
When the milk come into boil add the mixture and stir it.
Add 2 tbsp sugar.
It will get thick quickly.
When it become thick pour it in a bowl.
 Then mix 2 mangoes puree with it.
Chill it in the freeze.
Garnish it with mango cube and dry fruits.
Serve it and enjoy.

American Chop suey


First I thought that it is difficult to made Chop suey but when I tried it was really very easy but it was very tasty and mouthwatering. You can try it with vegetable, chicken, mushroom or shrimp.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cup Noodles
1 cup minced boneless chicken
1/2 cup minced potato
Tomato sauce
Green chilies
2 Medium size minced onions
2 eggs
Corn flour
Salt
Oil

Method:
First boiled the noodles with little salt then drain it to sieve.
Deep fry the Noodles till it become crispy.
Then heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil add minced onion, 7-8 piece slit green chilies,
1/2 tsp salt and saute it then add the minced chicken and minced potatos.
Cook it till the chicken change its colour.
Now mix 1/2 cup tomato sauce with 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp corn flour.
Pour the mixture in the pan.
Simmer it a little time.
Check the salt add salt as per your taste.
Now poached the eggs.
Take a plate add fried noodles then pour the chicken gravy then put the poached egg.
Serve it warm.

Enjoy the crunchy and juicy texture of it..
