Potato Cutlet



Everyone knows about potato chop but I just make it in little different ways and it's taste little different than potato chop. You can add vegetable or chicken in the cutlet, then you see your cutlet is taste better than chop. I just make it in simple ways and it's also tasty.


Ingredients:
1/2 kg potatoes(boiled, peeled & mashed
4 slice bread
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin paste
2 onions (chopped)
Little milk
1 egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup white flour
Salt
Vegetable Oil
(serve to 6-7 person)

Method:
Take a bowl and soak the bread in little milk.
When it soaked mashed it and add potatoes in it.

Heat a pan with little oil and saute the chopped onions.
Then add all the spices(fried onions, chilly powder, ginger paste, garlic paste & cumin paste).
Combine all the ingredients properly.
Add salt according to your taste.
Divide the mixture in 16 portion.
Take a bowl and beat the egg add 5 tbsp milk and mix it.

Take a portion and make shape as you like roll it in flour
then shallow it in egg mixing then roll in in breadcrumbs.
Make shallow fry till it become golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.

Beef roll in wonton wrapper




Now I will give you a recipe which will help you in evening snack and I think kids also like this recipe.

Ingredients:
For wonton wrapper
250 gram white flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Water as needed

For filling:
250 gram potatoes(minced)
1/2 cum beef/mutton/chicken(minced)
3 medium size onions(chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin paste
Chilly powder
Salt
Vegetable Oil

Method:
You can buy wonton wrapper in market or make it in home.
Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients for wonton wrapper
flour,egg,baking powder and salt, add water as much needed for
making a soft dough.
Cover it and keep aside for about 30 minutes.

Then heat a pan with 75 g oil add onions and saute it till it become brown.
Then add all the spices(garlic,cumin, ginger paste and chilly powder)
add chilly powder and salt according to your taste.
Saute it then add the minced beef .
Stir it a little time then add the minced potatoes.
Stirring it then cover it with a lid.
Stir it from time to time.
If it stick in pan then add little water.

When it cooked properly keep it aside for making cool.

Now take the dough and divide it in 10 equal portion.
Take one portion and roll out, then keep 1 tbsp filling in it and fold it properly.
Use water to stick the edge of the wrapper.
All the roll make like this.

Then heat a pan with sufficient oil and make shallow fry till it become golden brown
Serve hot with sauce.

It will take time to make this recipe.
If you prepare all the things early then it will take a little time.

Bread Chaat




In morning we are become very busy for going to work, school, college etc. and we don't have time
to have a healthy and yummy breakfast.
So now I give you a recipe which is healthy and yummy.
It's take a little time to make this recipe.

Ingredients:
4 bread slices.
1 egg boiled & minced.
Cucumber minced.
1 medium size potato(boiled & mashed).
1/2 cup yogurt.
1 tbsp sugar.
4 green chillies(chopped).
1 medium size onions(chopped).
1 tbsp sugar.
Roasted cumin & chilly powder/ chat masla
Salt.
Vegetable oil,
(Serve to 2 person)

Method:
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil add the chopped onions and chillies and saute it.
When the onions become brown add the mashed potato, chat masla add salt as per your taste.
Stir it and pour it in a plate.

Then bake the bread in a wok a little.

Take a bowl pour yogurt and sugar mix it properly.

Now smear the yogurt in bread and keep it in a plate
 then sprinke the mashed potato, cucumber minced, egg minced, little yogurt
and then sprinkle roasted cumin & chilly powder/ chat masla and serve it.

Pointed gourd twist






Ingredients:
4 pointed gourd
1/2 cup minced beef
1/2 cup potatoes(boiled & mashed)
2 medium size onions(chopped)
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp cumin paste
Chilly powder
Salt
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Vegetable oil

Method:
Take a bowl add flour. baking powder, salt and water and
make soft dough, keep it for 30 minutes.

For pointed ground stuffing
 heat a pan with 4 tbsp oil and add the chopped onions and saute it.
Add the minced beef on that pan and stir it.
(You can use chicken or other vegetable also.)
Then add all the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste, 1/4 tsp chilly powder)
stirring it add salt as per your taste.
When the beef fried properly add the mashed potatoes in it.
Mix it and keep aside for become cool.

Then take the pointed grounds and rub it little.
Scoop out all the seeds.
Marinate it with a little chilly powder and salt.
Then fry it in little oil.

Take the dough and roll out thinly and cut it into stripe size.
Take a pointed ground and filling it then twist it with flour stripe.
all the pointed ground make like this.
Heat a pan with oil and fry it till it become golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.

Banana smoothie



This recipe is best for now. Cause summer is going on and 1 glass cold banana smoothie
make you fresh and feel better. It's also very easy and you can make it any time.

Ingredients:
2 ripe banana
1 cup yogurt
1 cup water
Few tbsp of Rooh Afza
Sugar
(For 1 person)

Method:
Peel the banana and blend it with yogurt and water.
Add sugar according to your taste.
Pour it in a glass add ice cube and serve.

Fusion snacks




Simple and easy recipe for breakfast or snacks. it's little spicy and salty.


Ingredients:
For Bread
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
For filling
250 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed)
1 cup boneless minced chicken
2 medium size tomatoes
2 medium size onions(chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin paste
Chilly powder
salt
Vegetable oil
(Serve to 3)

Method:
Take a bowl and combine the gram flour and semolina with water.
Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp baking powder in  it.
Then make a soft dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions, add minced chicken
and stir it.
Then add all the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, chilly powder)
Stirring it constantly.
Add salt according to your taste.
Then add chopped tomatoes and saute it.
At the end add mashed potatoes and mix it properly.
Make it cool.
Now take the dough and divide it in 6 equal size ball.
Then roll out all the ball very thinly.
Bake it in a wok or pan till it become little crispy.
Then add the filling in it and smear the filling perfectly.
Bake it little time serve hot.

Fish fry(Mach vaja)



Ingredients:
4 small fish about 5 inch
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp onion paste
1/4 tsp cumin paste
1/4 tsp chilly powder
Salt
Vegetable oil
(Serve to 2 person)

Method:
Clean and wash the fish.
Now marinate the fish with all the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste,
onion paste, chilly powder) and salt.
Then heat 7-8 tbsp oil in a pan and pour the fish carefully.
Fry it till the two side of fish become golden brown.
Use a spoon to turn off the fish.
Serve hot with rice.

Simple Banana Custard




Feeling hungry and know cooking a little. Then this dish is perfect to fill your stomach.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 liter milk
1 egg
2 toast biscuit
Sugar

Method:
Take a pot and boiled the milk.
Add  1 egg and stir it.
Then add little sugar according to your taste.
Stir it.
Then keep it aside for cool.
Then keep it in refrigerator about 1 hour.
Cut the bananas in thin slices or in any shape as you like.
Then grind the toast biscuit.
Take a bowl and make a layer first spraead the  banana slices then pour  grind
toast biscuit then pour the cold milk which you keep in the refrigerator.
You can use other biscuit also.
Make again banana toast and milk layer and garnish it with
banana slices and serve it.

Pui shak diye dal (Basella leaf with lentils)




Ingredients:
1/2 kg pui shak.
1/4 kg lentils.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
9-10 Green chillies(chopped).
5 medium size Onions(chopped).
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp coriander powder.
Vegetable oil.
1/4 tsp Cumin.
Salt.
(Serve to 7-8)

Method:
Cut & wash the pui shak.
Clean & wash the lentils also.
Now take a pot and pour the shak and lentils in it.
Then add all the spices ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste,
coriander powder, turmeric powder green chillies and onions,
combine all the ingredients properly.
Add salt as per your taste.
Then pour 7-8 tbsp oil or as much needed and add 1 1/2 cup water.
Then cook it till it in high heat and when it cooked properly.
Heat a pan with 4-5 tbsp oil.
Add 2 chopped onions and stir it till it become brown.
then add 1/4 tsp cumin seed and stir it.
Taste it add salt if needed.
Add this in the pot and cook it 5-6 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.

Pakora




Ingredients:
250 gram white flour.
100 gram rice-flour.
2 eggs.
150 gram potatoes ( minced & little fried).
1 tsp baking powder.
2 medium size onions(chopped).
5 green chillies(chopped).
1/2 tsp cumin paste.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
Salt.
Vegetable oil.
(Serve to 5-6 person)

Method:
Take a bowl pour the rice and white flour.
Then add 2 eggs all the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste.
chopped onions and chillies) add baking pawder and mix it.
Add the potatoes, add salt according to your taste.
You can use other vegetable also.
Add little water to make the batter little smooth.
Then Heat a pan with sufficient oil.
Take a little batter use a spoon to pour it in the pan.
Fry it till it become golden brown.
Serve hot as a snack.

Cheese and potatoes chop



Ingredients:
100 gram cheese
250 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed)
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 tsp cumin paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 medium size onions(chopped)
5 green chillies(chopped)
Salt
Vegetable oil
(serve to 5)

Method:
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients without oil.
Pour cheese and mashed it add potatoes, flour cumin paste,
ginger paste, chopped onions & chillies and a mix it.
Add salt 1/2 tbsp or according to your taste and mix it.
Then make round shape and press a little with thumb.
Heat up a pan with sufficient oil.
And shallow fry the chop till it become golden brown.
Serve hot as a snack.

Sweet nimki





Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
250 gram white-flour
Milk
4 tbsp sugar
Vegetable oil
(Serve to 4-5)

Method:
Take a bowl combine all the ingredients without oil.
Add flour, egg. 1/2 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp sugar and add little milk
to make soft dough.
Now divide the dough in 2 equal portion.
Take one portion and roll out thinly.
Then cut it with a knife, make shape as you like.
Heat a pan with 200 gram oil and fry the nimki till it become golden brown.
All the nimki make like this.
Serve hot or cold.

Dim Chitoy



Dim Chitoy is a Bangladeshi pan cake. It's taste better when it's hot. So serve hot and enjoy
this, hope everyone like it.

Ingredients:
1 egg
5 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tsp chilly powder
Salt
Vegetable oil

Method:
Take a bowl combine all the ingredients.
Break the egg and add chilly powder & salt.
Mix it properly.
Add flour, then add little water for make smooth batter.
Now take a bottle and make hole in bottle's lid.
Pour the batter in the bottle.
Heat a skillet then pour the batter in the skillet.
Make a round shape.
When it cooked little pour 1/2 tbsp in the skillet.
And fry it little.
Your dim chitoy is ready to serve.
You can  also use spoon to pour batter in the skillet.
Serve hot.

Khichuri




Ingredients:
250 gram sunned-rice
100 gram lentils
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin paste
3 medium size onions(chopped)
6 green chillies
Salt
Vegetable oil 100 g
(serve to 3)

Method:
Clean & washed the rice & lentils.
Take a pot and pour the rice and lentils in it.
Then add all the spices(garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste,
chopped onions, chillies), add oil.
Then add salt as per your taste.
Combine all the ingredients properly.
Then add water till the ingredients shallow properly.
Now cook it sometime in high heat and stir it time to time.
Then cook it in medium heat.
Add water if needed.
Serve hot with alu vorta & potol vaji.

Goster chop(Beef cutlet)




Ingredients:
500 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed).
250 gram beef(minced)
3 medium size onions(chopped).
4 green chillies(chopped).
250 g gram flour(beson).
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder.
Chilly powder.
Salt.
Vegetable oil.
(Serve to 7 person)

Method:
Heat a pan with 7-8 tbsp vegetable oil.
Then add the chopped onions, saute it till it become brown.
Pour minced beef in the pan and stir it.
After that add all the spices(1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic,1/2 tsp cumin paste,
1/2 tsp chilly powder)
Stirring it, add salt as per your taste.
When it dried and beef cooked properly pour it in a bowl.
Add mashed potatoes on the bowl and mix it.
Make round shape or as you like.
Then make a batter of gram flour.
Take another bowl combine all the spices
(1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic,1/2 tsp cumin paste,

1/2 tsp chilly powder) & salt according to your taste.
It could be 1/2 tsp.
Now add water as much needed for making thick batter.
Heat a pan with 250 g oil.
Then shallow the chop in the batter and fry in oil.
Fry it till the chop become golden brown.
Serve hot as snack.

Potoler dorma( stuffed pointed gourd)




Ingredients:
10 pointed gourd(potol)
250 gram beef(minced)
250 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed)
2 onions(chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin paste
1 tsp chilly powder
Vegetable oil
Salt

Method:
Wash the potols and rub it with knife.
Slit it but don't divide it, scoop out all the seeds carefully without dameging other side.
Grind the potol seeds.
Take a bowl and marinate the potol with 1/4 tsp chilly, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
& 1/4 tsp salt.
Heat a pan with 5 tbsp oil and saute the potol till it become little brown.
Pour it in a plate and keep aside.
On that pan pour 7-8 tbsp oil, heat up and saute the chopped onions till
it become brown.
Add the minced beef in the pan and saute it.
Then add all the spices, grinding potol seeds and stirring it.
add salt as per your taste.
When the beef cooked properly, add mashed potatoes and saute it.
Pour in a plate and make cool.
Make holes in potol with a toothpick.
Then fill the potol, and heat a pan with 4 tbsp oil and saute all the potol.
Serve hot with rice.

Alur Chop




Ingredients:
250 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed).
2 medium size onions(chopped).
4 green chillies(chopped).
150 g gram flour(beson).
1/4 tsp ginger paste.
1/4 tsp garlic paste.
1/4 tsp cumin paste.
Turmeric powder.
Chilly powder.
Salt.
Vegetable oil.
(Serve to 4-5).

Method:
Heat a pan with 3-4 tbsp oil and fry the onions till it become golden brown.
Add the chopped chillies and saute it.
Then pour the onions  in a pot.
Take a bowl and mix the fried(onions & chillies) with mashed potatoes.
Add salt as per your taste.
And divide the mixing in 12 equal portion, make round shape or as you like.
Now take another bowl and make a batter of gram flour.
Add all the spices(ginger, garlic, cumin paste, turmeric & chilly powder)
Add salt according to taste and add water for make a little thick batter.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil.
Shallow the mashed potatoes portion in the batter and
make shallow fry in the oil till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Lemonade drink




Ingredients:
2 cup water
4 tbsp lemon juice
Sugar
Ice cube
(serve to 2 person)

Method:
Take a pot and pour 2 cup water.
Then add 4 tbsp lemon juice.
Add sugar according to your taste, it's about 7-8 tsp or as you like.
Now mix it then pour the drink in glass and add ice cube.
Garnish it with lemon slice.
Serve it.

Phuchka





Ingredients:
For phuchka:
1 cup white flour.
1/2 cup semolina.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp talmakhana.
water as much needed.
Oil for shallow fry.

For phuchka filling:
250 g potatoes(boiled & mashed).
150 gram lentil (boiled).
2 dry chillies(roasted).
Chat masla(roasted cumin & chilly powder).
Salt.
2 tbsp Tamarind pulp.
Cucumber(chopped)
(Serve to 5 person)

Method:
Take a bowl and combine all the things for phuchka.
Pour flour, semolina then add baking powder, talmakhana and add water for
making soft dough.
Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Take another bowl and make the phuchka filling.
Combine mashed potatoes, lentil and roasted chillies.
Add salt and chat masla as needed for a good flavour.
Take a pot and add little water and chat masla with tamarind pulp.
Now take the phuchka dough and roll out thinly.
Use a metal glass to cut the phuchka.
And shallow fry in the oil till it become golden brown and crispy.
Now take a phuchka and break little it's surface and add the filling in it
then add some cucumber then pour little pulp and serve it.

Chola




Ingredients:
250 g chickpeas(soaked about 8 hours)
3 medium size onions(chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin paste
5-6 green chillies( slit)
6 tsp oil
Salt
(Serve to 5)

Method:
Combine all the ingredients for cooking.
Take a pot and pour the chickpeas add chopped onions and all the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste and green chillies).
Add salt according to your taste.
Add the oil and sufficient oil and  mix it properly.
First cook in high heat then medium heat.
When the chickpeas become soft.
Serve it hot or cold with salad or something else as you wish.

Alu vorta






Ingredients:
250 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed).
2 dry chillies.
2 medium size onions(chopped).
5-6 tsp oil.
Salt.
(Serve to 4-5 person).

Method:
Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients to make delicious alur vorta.
First Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil and saute the dry chillies.
Then grind the chillies with 1/4 tsp salt.
Take a bowl then add chopped onions and grind chillies in it.
Then add mashed potatoes and oil mixing it properly.
Add salt as per your taste.
Serve with rice or bread.

Kolar bora




Ingredients:
2 medium size ripe banana
250 gram flour
Milk
Sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Oil
(serve to 4 person)

Method:
Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients without oil.
First pour flour, then add baking powder, mashed banana maxing it properly.
Add sugar according to your taste, add milk as much needed to make soft sticky batter.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil to make shallow fry the bora.
Take small portion in your hand and keep it slowly in the oil.
Fry it till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Dimer chop




Ingredients:
500 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed)
1 egg(boiled & minced)
3 medium size onions(chopped & fried)
4 dry chillies(fried)
1/2 cup gram flour
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin paste
1/2 tsp chilly powder
salt
Oil
(serve to 6 person)

Method:
Take a bowl pour mashed potatoes add fried onions & chillies.
Add salt as par your taste and mix it properly, divide it in 12 equal portion.
Divide the minced egg also in 12 equal portion.
Use the minced egg like stuffing and cover it with mixing potatoes portion.
Make shape as you like.
Keep it aside.
Then take another pot  adding 1/2 cup gram flour, (ginger, garlic, cumin)paste,
chilly powder, salt according to taste and sufficient water to make a smooth batter.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil.
Shallow the dimer chop in the batter and shallow fry in the oil.
Till it become golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce or as you like.

Kima puri






Ingredients:
For puri:
500 gram flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Water as needed
For puri stuffing:
250 gram beef(minced)
150 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
3 medium size onions(chopped)
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
salt
Oil
(Serving for 8 person)

Method:
Take a bowl and pour the flour, add salt,baking powder and add
water as needed for making soft dough.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan with 5-6 tsp oil, add the chopped onions and saute it.
When the onions become brown add all the spices(chilly powder, cumin paste, garlic paste,
ginger paste ), add salt as per your taste then saute it for sometime.
Now add the minced beef and fry till the beef cooked properly.
Pour it in a bowl, make it cool down and add mashed potatoes in it.
Mix it properly add salt and chilly power if needed.
Now divide the stuffing in 16 equal portion, divide the dough also in 16 portion.
Then take a dough portion and roll out.
Then keep the stuffing  in the center and cover it with the dough.
Again roll out slowly and carefully, if some stuffing come out cover it with flour.
All the puri make like this.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil and shallow fry the puri till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Doi bora




Ingredients:
150 gram lentil(soaked & mashed)
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup white flour
11/2 tsp green chill paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp onion paste
salt
2 cup yogurt
cumin powder
chilly powder
sugar
(Serving 7 person)

Method:
Soak the lentils for sometime and mashed it.
Make a mixer of 2 cup yogurt, cumin powder, chilly powder, salt and sugar.
Blending it add 2 cup water.
Add sugar, salt, cumin and powder according to taste to make good flavour.
Pour in bowl and keep aside.
Take another bowl and combine ingredients for bora.
Pour mashed lentils, rice flour, white flour add all the spices also
(green chilly, ginger, garlic and onion paste).
Add salt as per your taste.
Now mix all the ingredients properly.
Divide it in 16 equal portion.
Make shape as you like.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil and shallow fry the bora till it become golden brown.
Fry the bora then soaked it in water about 10 minutes.
Squeeze it and soaked it in doi mixing about 15 minutes.
Serve it cold.

Polau



Ingredients:
500 gram sunned-rice(washed)
2 cup water
2 medium size onions(chopped)
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp cumin paste
Oil
1/2 tsp salt
(serving 5 person)

Method:
Take a pot and boiled 2 cup water.
Take another pot and heat up with 5-6 tsp oil, add the chopped onions in it.
Saute it till the onions become golden brown.
Pour the fried onions in a plate.
On that pot pour 7-8 tsp oil and pour the sunned-rice.
Saute it till the rice become brown.
Then pour the boiled water in it.
Add ginger, cumin paste and 1/.2 tsp salt.
Cook it in medium heat till the water dry and rice cooked properly.
Garnish it with fried onions.
Serve hot with curry.

Chickpeas & potato cutlet


Ingredients:
150 gram chickpeas(boiled & mashed)
250 gram potatoes(boiled & mashed)
3 medium size onions chopped
green chilly(chopped)
Salt
Oil for fry
(serving 8 person)

Method:
Soak the chickpeas 8-10 hours and boiled it with salt, mashed it properly.
Boiled the potatoes and mashed it.
Heat up a pan with 4 tbsp oil, saute the chopped onions and green chillies,
till the onions become brown.
Take a bowl and combine all the ingredients for making cutlet.
Pour mashed chickpeas and potatoes, add the sauted onions and chillies.
Add some salt and mix all the ingredients properly.
Now make shape as you like.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil and fry the cutlet till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Beef curry(Gosto Bhuna)






Ingredients:
250 gram beef.
250 gram potato.
2 medium size tomato(chopped).
150 gram onions(chopped).
1 tsp garlic paste.
1 tsp ginger paste.
1 tsp cumin paste.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/2 tsp chilly powder.
150 gram oil.
salt to taste.
(serve to 5 person).

Method:
Cut the beef and potatoes in small quarter size, clean it.
Heat up a pan with 150 gram oil, add the chopped onions and 1/2 tsp salt in it.
Saute the onions till it become brown.
Now add all the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste,1/2 tsp chilly powder, 2 cardamom,
1 little stick cinnamon) in the pan.
Saute it in medium heat.
Then add the chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes little cooked add the beef and potatoes.
Stirring it to mix the ingredients properly.
Saute it for 15-20 minutes.
Then add 1 cup water and 5 green chillies.
Check salt according to taste.
Cover it and cook it till the water dry.
Serve hot with ruti(bread)

Paporer chat




Ingredients:
For papor:
250 gram gram flour(beson).
1/2 tsp salt.
1/4 tsp chilly powder.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1/4 tsp baking powder.
1 tsp oil.
Oil for deep fry.
Water as needed for making soft dough.
For chat:
250 gram potatoes(boiled).
2 medium size onions(chopped & fried).
5-6 green chillies(minced).
2 cucumber(minced).
2 tomatoes (minced).
2 eggs(boiled & minced).
cumin powder.
chilly powder.
salt.
4 tsp oil.
(serving for 5 person)

Method:
Take a bowl combine all the ingredients for papor.
First pour gram flour, then add salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, baking powder & oil.
Then add water as much needed for make a soft dough.
Now take small portion of the dough and make a ball, grease it with little oil
and roll out as thin, make shape as you like.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil and fry the papor till it become crisp.

Then take another bowl peel the boiled potatoes and mashed it.
Add the fry onions in the bowl, then add minced chillies, 4 tsp oil and salt according to your taste.
Mix the ingredients properly.
Then take a bowl and pour minced cumber, tomatoes & eggs add some cumin powder, chilly powder
& salt mix it perfectly to make salad.
Now take a papor piece and add some mashed potatoes and salad.
Serve it as snack.

Beguni



Ingredients:
250 gram Eggplant
150g gram flour
4 tbsp flour(maida)
1 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tbsp chilly powder
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin paste.
Oil for shallow fry
(Serve for 4 person)

Method:
Cut the eggplant into very thin slices.
Now take a bowl and combine all the ingredients.
First pour the gram flour. flour, then add all the spices.
chilly powder,ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste add salt according to taste.
Now add water and make a thick batter.
Shallow the eggplant slices into the batter.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil and deep fry the eggplant
till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Beson r attar bora




Ingredients:
250 gram rice-flour
150 gram gram-flour
200 gram onions(chopped)
6 green chillies(chopped)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp  cumin paste
Salt to taste
water for making batter
Soyabean oil for shallow fry
(serving for 5 person)

Method:
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients for make a soft batter.
First pour the rice-flour, gram flour, chopped onions.
Then add all the spices(green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste).
Add salt according to taste.
Add water and make soft batter.
Then heat up a pan with sufficient oil.
Make shape as you like and shallow fry bora in oil.
Fry it till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Fish curry(Macher jhol)



Ingredients:
7 piece Rohu
250 gram onions(chopped)
8 green chillies
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp cumin paste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
200gram oil
salt to taste

Method:
Marinate the fish with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
Shallow fry it till it become brown.
Heat a pan with 200 gram oil, add the chopped onions in it.
Adding some salt. saute it till the onions become brown.
Mix all the spices in it(ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, 8 green chillies).
Stir it and add the fried fish in it.
Cook it in middle heat for 15-20 minutes.
Now add 11/2 cup water boiled it in high it then cook sometime in low heat.
Serve it hot with rice.


Sweet Dish(Besan and attar laddu)




Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup rice-flour
3 cardamom
2 piece cinnamon
10-12 tbsp soyabean oil
Sugar to taste

Method:
Heat up a pan with 10-12 tbsp oil.
Combine all the flour and pour in the pan.
Add 3 cardamom and 2 piece cinnamon.
Saute it till it become little brown.
Now add water and sugar as much needed.
Add water slowly and stirring it constantly.
Make a soft mixing add sugar as per your taste.
Now make round or oval shape and serve it cool.

Alur dam



Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
250 gram tomatoes(chopped)
5 medium onions(chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin paste
1 tsp chilly powder
2 cardamom
cinnamon
Soyabean oil
3 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste
(Serving 7-8 person)

Method:
Cut the potatoes  in big quarter size and prick with a toothpicks.
Add salt  in water and soak the potatoes  for 30 minutes.
Shallow fry the potatoes in oil.
Heat a pan with 7-8 tbsp oil, pour the chopped onions in it.
Saute the onions till it become brown.
Now add all the spices in it(ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, chilly powder, 2 cardamom and cinnamon)
Stir it and mix all the ingredients properly.
Add salt as per your taste.
Add the chopped tomatoes in it, cook it till the tomatoes boiled properly.
Then add the fried potatoes and stir it.
Cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Then add 1 cup water boiled it in high heat.
Now cook sometime in low heat, add the yogurt in it.
Serve hot with rice or bread.


Doi chicken



Ingredients:
2 medium size chicken
250 gram onions(chopped)
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 cardamom
2 little piece cinnamon
250 gram oil
8 green chillies(chopped)
1 cup yogurt
salt to taste
(Serving 8 person)

Method:
Cut the chicken & wash it.
Marinate the chicken with 1 cup yogurt.
Keep it for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan with 250 gram oil, pour the chopped onions in it.
Add 1/2 tbsp salt.
Saute it till the onions become brown.
Pour the marinate  chickens in the pan and stir it.
Add the cardamoms,cinnamon,ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chillies in it.
Stirring it constantly, so that all the spices mix with chicken properly.
Cook it in medium heat for 15 minutes.
Now add 1 cup water.
Boiled it and check salt as per your taste.
Cook it for some times add water if needed.
Serve hot with rice or polau.

Potato chips



Ingredients:
1/2 kg potatoes
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp chilly powder.
Oil for shallow fry

Method:
Cut the potatoes very thin slices.
Smear the chilly powder & salt in potato slices.
Keep for sometime.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil shallow fry the potato slices till it become golden brown.
Serve hot.

Khasta porota with alu vaji



Ingredients:
For khasta porota
2 cup flour.
1/2 tbsp salt.
2 eggs.
Milk .
oil for fry.
For Alu vaji.
1 kg potatoes(minced).
250 gram oil.
7-8 green chilly(chopped).
250 gram onions(chopped).
 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.
salt to taste.
(Serving 5 person)

Method:
Take a bowl combine all the ingredients for khasta porota(flour,salt,eggs & milk).
Mix the ingredients properly and use milk & flour as extra needed for making soft dough.
Now take a small portion off the dough and roll out in oval shape.
And fry in a wok pour little oil, fry it till it become golden brown.

Now Heat a pan with 250 gram oil, pour the potatoes,green chillies, onions, turmeric powder & salt as par your taste.
Cook it in medium heat.
Saute it till the potatoes boiled properly.
Serve hot with hot khasta porota.

Fish Curry(Doi mach)



Ingredients:
7-8 piece 4 inch salmon fish
250 gram onions(chopped)
8 green chillies(chopped)
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
5 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
(Serving 4 person)

Method:
Take a pot and marinate the fish pieces with 1 cup yogurt.
Keep it for sometimes.
Then heat a pan with 5 tbsp oil, pour the chopped onions in it.
Saute it till it become brown.
Now add all the spices(1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 8 chopped green chillies)
Stirring it and pour the marinate fish in it.
Add salt as per your taste.
Cook in medium heat.
When the fish become soft add 1 cup water and boiled a little time.
Serve it hot with rice or polau.

Mara Pitha(chicken with steam rice-cake)




Ingredients:
1 cup boneless minced chicken.
4 medium size onions(chopped).
Rice flour 1 cup.
chilly powder.
1/2 tsp ginger paste.
1/2 tspgarlic paste.
salt to taste.
4 tbsp oil.
(Serving for 5 person)

Method:
Take a pot and pour 1/2 cup water, add little salt and when it boiled pour flour slowly and stir it.
Make a soft dough.
Add extra water or flour if needed.
Now make 7-8 rice ball.
Cook all the ball in steam.
Your steam rice cake is ready now make it cool.
Then take a pan heat up with 4 tbsp oil, add the chopped onions in it.
Saute it when it become brown, pour the minced chicken in it.
Stirring it and add the spices(ginger paste, garlic paste, chilly powder).
Add salt as per your taste.
Saute it and cut the steam rice cake in quarter size and add in the pan.
Saute it for sometime serve hot.

Mughlai Porota



Ingredients:
For Mughlai wrapper.
2 cup flour.
2 tablespoon oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Water as needed for soft dough.
For Mughlai filling
3 eggs.
1 cup boneless minced chicken/beef/mutton.
1 cup onions(chopped).
4 tablespoon oil.
4 green chilly(chopped).
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste.
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste.
salt to taste.
Other ingredients
 Soyabean oil for shallow fry.
(Serving 4 person)

Method:
Take a bowl combine all the ingredients(2 cup flour,2 tsp oil,1/2 tsp salt) for making mughlai wrapper, add water as needed to make a soft dough.
Cover it and keep it for 30 minutes.
Now heat a pan with 4 tbsp oil pour the chopped onions in it.
Saute it when the onions look brown add all the spices(1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste & chopped chillies) in it.
stir it and pour the minced chicken/beef/mutton in it.
If you are a vegetarian then you can use minced potatoes in it.
Add salt as per your taste.
Saute it for sometime Break 2 eggs and pour in the pan.
Stirring it for a little time now pour in a plate and make it cool down.
Divide it in 6 equal portion.
Divide the dough also in 6 equal portion and make a dough  ball.
Take a dough ball and roll out in forth angle size.
Break a egg in a pot and take a little portion and smear all over the wrapper.
Pour the filling in the central of the wrapper and spread it, don't spread in the edge of the wrapper.
Now fold write size then left size then the 2 edge of the wrapper fold it carefully.
Smear little water/egg if needed.
All the mughlai wrapper fold like this.
Heat up a pan with sufficient oil.
And shallow fry all the mughlai porota till it become golden brown.
Cut in piece and serve it hot with salad.

Khurma



Ingredients:
1 cup flour.
2 tablespoon oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt
water to making soft dough.
Soyabean oil for shallow fry.
To make syrup
Jaggery or sugar as per your taste.
Water.

Method:
Combine 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt and water in a bowl.
Add flour if extra needed and water to make a soft dough.
Now roll out as a thick oval shape.
And cut as a thin stick shape.
Heat a pan with sufficient  oil and shallow fry the khurma stick till it become golden brown.
Now take a pot and add jaggery or sugar as per your taste add water in it.
Heat the pot and stir it to make a thick syrup.
When it become thick pour khurma in it stir it very little time.
Serve cool.

Dimer pitha (Eggs cake)



Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 medium size onions(chopped)
2 green chilly(chopped)
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
salt to taste
Soyabean oil for fry
(Serving 3 person)

Method:
Take a bowl break 1 egg and pour in it.
Add little onions & green chilly chopped.
adding salt mix it properly.
Heat up a pan with 3 tsp oil and pour the egg in the pan.
Fry it till it become golden brown.
Keep the fry egg in a plate.
Break the 2 eggs and pour in a bowl, add 1/2 cup flour, onions chopped,1/2 tsp chilly powder and salt as per your taste.
Add little water to make a smooth batter
now heat a pan with sufficient oil & cut the fry egg in 4 pieces.
Shallow in the batter and fry in the shallow oil till it become golden brown.
All the egg piece fry like this.
Repeat this till the batter finish.
Serve it hot.

Spicy & sweet Bread



Ingredients:
1 cup flour.
4 tablespoon rice-flour.
1 teaspoon chilly powder.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 kg milk.
2 cardamoms.
Sugar to taste.
Oil as needed.
(Serving 4 person).

Method:
Heat up a pan with 4 tbsp oil, pour flour and stir it.
Add 4 tbsp rice-flour, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 cardamoms.
Stirring constantly.
Add sugar as per your taste.
Add 1/2 kg milk.
Mix all the ingredients properly.
Now take a tray grease it.
Pour the flour mixing in it.
Fix it properly keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes cut the flour mixing into pieces.
Heat a pan pour little fry it in middle heat.
Serve hot or cold.
You can bake it in the oven also.

Eggplant Roll



Ingredients:
For eggplant wrapper:
2 big sized eggplant
4 tablespoon flour
2 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
Oil for fry

For eggplant stuffing:
1 cup Salmon(boiled)
1 cup boiled rice
1/2 cup onions(chopped)
1 tablespoon chilly powder
1/4 table spoon ginger paste
1/4 tablespoon garlic paste
Salt to taste
(Serving 5 person)

Method:
Cut the eggplant into slices.
Take a pot pour 2 cup water add 1 tsp salt & pour the slices eggplant in it.
Soak it 30 minutes.
Now drained the slices.
Smear flour and fry it in a pan.

Take a pot and boiled the fish with 1 cup water, adding 1/4 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp salt.
When it boiled make it boneless.
You can use other fish also.
Heat up another pan with 4 tsp oil, pour the onions in it.
Stir it when the onions become brown, pour the fish in it.
Stirring it, add 1/4 tsp ginger paste, 1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/2 tsp chilly powder.
Stir it constantly,
Add the boiled rice & add salt to taste.
Stir it for a little time.
Now take a piece fry eggplant put some stuffing in it and fold it serve it hot.

Alur luchi with Kheer



Ingredients:
For Alur Luchi.
250 gram Potatoes.
1/2 kg flour.
1/2 tablespoon salt.
Oil if need for making dough.
Soyabean oil for fry.

For Kheer:
100 gram rice.
1/2 kg milk.
2 cardamoms.
2 little piece cinnamon.
Sugar to taste.
(serving 4 person)

Method:
How to make alur luchi:
Boiled the potatoes then peel it & mashed it.
Mix it with flour add 1/2 tsp salt and make soft dough.
If you need oil then use it .
Now take a small portion and roll out make a spherical shape.
All the luchi roll out like this.
Heat a pan with sufficient oil.
Fry the luchis till it become golden brown.

How to make Kheer:
Take a pot and boiled the rice with water,add 2 cardamoms & 2 little piece cinnamon.
Take another pot heat up with 1/2 kg milk.
Pour the boiled rice in it and blending it.
Add sugar to taste.
Boiled 2-3 times and serve cold with hot alur luchi.

Rice Cake with Molasses




Ingredients:
1/2 kg rice-flour.
11/2 cup water.
1/2 tablespoon salt .
Molasses for serve.
(Serving for 4 person)
Method:
Take a pot and boil 11/2 cup water,add 1/2 tsp salt,
 when water boiled pour 1/2 cup rice flour slowly slowly and stir it constantly.
Make a soft dough if extra flour needed then add more flour.
Now make it little cold down and use your hand to knead the flour.
Take a small portion and make a shape as you like.
I usually make oval shape.
All the cake shape like that.
Now cook the cake in evaporate.
Serve it hot with molasses.

Noodles



Ingredients:
100 gram noodles
1/2 cup potatoes
1/2 cup onions
3-4 green chilly
1/3 cup green pea
salt to taste
4 tablespoon oil
1 egg
(Serving 3 person)
Method:
Take a pan heat up with 4 tsp oil.
Minced the onions,potatoes and green chilly.
Add them into the pan and stir it.
Add the green pea.
Break the egg and pour in the pan.
Saute it for a little time.
when it cooked properly,boiled the noodles with water in a pot and drained the water when it boiled.
Add 1 tsp oil in the noodles so that your noodles couldn't stick.
Now pour the noodles in the pan and stirring constantly.
Add salt as per your taste.
Stir it for sometime.
Served it hot.

Chicken Soup with Wonton



Ingredients:
1 medium size chicken
1 egg
1 tablespoon cornflower
1/2 cup carrot (chopped)
2 onions(chopped)
1 tablespoon ginger chopped
2 little piece cinnamon
4-5 green chillies (chopped)
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

How to make:
Cut the chicken & mashed it.
Take a pressure cooker  and pour all the ingredients, add water and boiled.
Wait till it take 2 whistle.
Then blend all the ingredients, then pour in a pot adding 1 liter water and boiled it.
When it boiled mix egg and stir it.
cook in medium heat.
Add 1 tsp cornflower and boiled it.
Then served it.

Ingredients:
For wonton wrapper:
2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
Water as needed
For wonton filling:
1/2 cup potatoes minced
1/2 cup boneless chicken minced
2 onions chopped
1/4 tsp chilly powder
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp oil
salt to taste

Method:
Take a pot and pour 2 tsp oil and mix all the wonton's filling ingredients and fry it properly.
Take a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough.
Cover it and keep for 30 minutes.
Now roll out like this make the wrapper very thin.

Smear water one surface and pour filling in central

Now fold like this and press the wonton wrapper edge with finger so that it could stick properly.

Press slowly  smear water and make a shape like this.
Fry it in a pan till it become golden brown.
Serve hot with hot chicken soup or sauce
